From approximately 30 minutes before the start of a screening, ticket sales for the current film take priority over advance sales in order to avoid delays.
No exchange and no rebooking possible.
No ticket reservations by telephone.

*Advance booking fee: Online advance booking and advance booking offices charge a 10% advance booking fee on all tickets and – except for the presale in 3001 Kino – if necessary an online system fee of 1 € (one-time fee for 5-ticket-bundle) and, where applicable, a license and/ or service fee.
**Reduced tickets for people with a low income (self-assessment) are only available in advance at the 3001 Kino. During the festival week they are available in all cinemas. Reduced tickets are not available online.
ACCREDITATION
We offer accreditation for industry and press. Registration is possible until 5th October. Please send your accreditation application informally by email to accreditation@hiqff.de.
Exclusion Clause
The organisers reserve the right, in consultation with the venues, to refuse admission to or exclude from the event any persons who belong to extreme right-wing parties or organisations, persons who could be associated with extreme right-wing groups, or who have been know to make racist, nationalist, anti-semitic, queerphobic or other hateful statements.
