The Audience Awards
We are a community festival – which, amongst other things, means that you, the viewers, have a big say in who wins the awards.
With the URSULA, you can award the filmmakers of thebest gender-bender, lesbian and gay short film with 1,000 Euros. The GLOBOLA goes to your favourite feature film and the DOKULA to your favourite documentary. Each come with a prize of 1,000 Euros. The last of our audience awards, the MADE IN GERMANY, is for the best German short film in the young talents competition.
Our gratitude goes to Hamburg Pride e.V for making the GLOBOLA possible, to Boutique Bizarre for the URSULA GENDER-BENDER category, to Junges Hotel for the URSULA GAY category and to synthese Unternehmensentwicklung for the URSULA LESBIAN category.

Generally, the director of the film which won the Jury Award in the previous year, a person from another international queer film festival and a film-critic and/or academic from Germany are invited to participate.
This year’s jury members are:
DANIEL NOLASCO (Brazil)
